my brother's crazy ex took me to court to try and get a restraining order against me (for no reason other than I asked to be a part of my neices life) and the judge suggested that we sign an agreement not to communicate with each other or step within 20 metres of each other's houses instead of going through with the VRO application.I agreed to sign apon advice from the judge that I could take her to family court to get visitation with my niece. well a few week after court I started ringing around to get advice and rang the family courts to find out what to do and they called me back and told me that aunties have no rights when it comes to visitation... what am I supposed to do now? do you think this signed agreement would be forever or for a fixed time? (i do not have a copy of it nor did it state any period of time)

I'm am 15 years old. I've lived with my mom for all 15 of them. January of 2010 my parents split up. I stayed with my mom. August of 2010 she found a boyfriend and picked up our family consisting of me, my little sister, and her, and moved us out with him and his two children. I lived in my hometown for 8 years. My mom moved me out with her boyfriend at the start of my freshman year because it was a better education from what I'd receive in my hometown. I hated my new school off the get. My mom wrote me a letter and told me that if I stayed and tried this new school for one year, I could go back and live with my dad in my hometown. My dad found a school that may be better then the school I attended with my mom. It's almost like a private school. The school has great opportunities. My father then filed for custody in April in hopes to have me in his custody by summer. In the mean time, early June, me wanting to live with my father for so long had such an impact on my mom, she texted my dad and said she's done. My dad and I win. I can pack my stuff up and live with him. She doesn't have the strength anymore. She watched me as I packed everything in my room and I wasn't allowed to leave anything. The court date ended up being near the end of June. After two weeks of living with my dad, the court date rolls around. In court my mother gets a lawyer and says she never granted custody. In the court they came to agreement that she'd have split custody in the summer, and my fathers custody is only temporary during the school year. Upon delivery of the bike my dealer gave me the purchase agreement saying it was good for 45 days to ride on without registry or plates. Contractor wont finish the job he started, what should my next step be?

I hired a contractor back in January to replace one side of my roof that leaks, replace gutters, put down insulation, paint three rooms, and put up a drywall ceiling. I paid him 3/4th of the money up front, we agreed he would get the rest when the job was done. He did all the painting and the drywall, and bought the insulation, last time he worked on the house was the first week in February. It might be a case of TMJ which is not really something to be scared about. TMJ is just a misalignment of you're wisdom teeth and can cause your ear to pop a lot and also cause you to yawn really frequently, have headaches, and your jaw to pop as well. I'm not sure if you have all those other symptoms as well. I have TMJ and this happens pretty frequently to me as well only instead of a popping sound it's more like a squeak or whisper sound lol.

I relocated my 135 gallon fish tank this morning. I started by draining over 50% of the water into tubs to be reused. I put all my ciclids (7 total) into a tub until I moved the tank. I filled the tank with 50%old water and 50% warm tap water and after it ran and mixed for a hour or so I put my ciclids back into it. My favorite weapon would have to be the ACR with red dot sight or holographic sight or even a scope on it. O and silencer is really good with the ACR. One night I was thinking about modifying my own native language to make people work together more easily and get them to more friendly agreements. Well I see that you forbidden cards in harpies feather duster, pot of greed, and crush card virus. To make it tournament legal then you have to take those out. If not then there good cards. I suggest taking a few cards out so you are closer to 40 to increase draw power. With all your traps jinzo ends up hurting you more often then not. I would just take out lightning vortex, enchanted javelin, kuriboh, and dark armed. vortex because you have dark hole and vortex is a -1. javelin and kuriboh because they are not that good. dark armed because it looks like it is a major dead draw with your lack of dark monsters. Those suggestions are if you want to keep using most of the same deck. What i would do is turn the whole deck into a lv dragon deck. This puts emphasis on horus and armed. I use to run it so i know its good plus if your playing traditional format then it can be even better.

A LITTLE DOUBT IN SYSTEM BACK-UP?

I used to download lots of data over the internet. I thought that its better to keep a back up of all my data. So, I manually copied all my 1TB files to my external hard disk. Ok so about 6 months ago, I sold a car to a friend for $4,000. the car had a previous history of an accident, nut no history of mechanical errors. Right there and then, I Fixed the issue 3 months later something happened to 2 of the wheels and they were wobbling. their repair costed them 500$ and want me to pay for it because they accuse me of lying to them. when they bought the car I signed a receipt but only a receipt. since I refused to pay for it. 6 months they cent me a letter saying I either take care of the problem, or they want their money back and return the car to me. attached with the letter, they sent me a copy of the receipt I signed and with it, an attached "purchase Agreement" stating i'd fix EVERY problem that arises with the car. the purchase agreement isn't signed by me or dated.and wasnt present at the time I purchased the car. can they beat me in court?

My mom moved me out with her boyfriend at the start of my freshman year because it was a better education from what I'd receive in my hometown. I hated my new school off the get. My mom wrote me a letter and told me that if I stayed and tried this new school for one year, I could go back and live with my dad in my hometown. My dad found a school that may be better then the school I attended with my mom. It's almost like a private school. The school has great opportunities. My father then filed for custody in April in hopes to have me in his custody by summer. In the mean time, early June, me wanting to live with my father for so long had such an impact on my mom, she texted my dad and said she's done. My dad and I win. I can pack my stuff up and live with him. She doesn't have the strength anymore. She watched me as I packed everything in my room and I wasn't allowed to leave anything. The court date ended up being near the end of June. After two weeks of living with my dad, the court date rolls around. In court my mother gets a lawyer and says she never granted custody. In the court they came to agreement that she'd have split custody in the summer, and my fathers custody is only temporary during the school year. I was crushed when I found out about every other week in the summer. I do not have many friends where my mom lives and I'm miserable. I'm so much happier in my hometown with my dad. Why do I have no cell Phone Service?

Unfortunately no it will not work that way. While it is hard to get the max effect from a double weapon I do not share the opinion of Fire that they are not worth it. As a two weapon fighter there is some positives to using a double weapon, but if you can get a enchanted main and enchanted light offhand weapon then it would be best to use those two over a enchanted double weapon.

I'm awake in the middle of the night. I'm standing at the bottom of my stair case when suddenly I look up the stairs. There is the dark silouette of a big, tall man. Okay, well, you know the horror movie, the grudge, well... I had a dream that I met this girl, and we became great friends. I don't have a clue how to work FROG decks, but to me it looks like you might need more support cards to get what you need out on the field . For example, if you need ways of summoning monsters quickly, use Ultimate Offering or Double Summon. Take out Jar of Greed, it's banned (if you care about that sort of thing). Plus, take out mind control, it's effect is only useful for tributing and you need to play life points, there are cards that can do that kind of thing a lot better, like Mausoleum of the Emperor (if you are using it just for the control then still get rid of it, its pointless for one turn and you can replace it with something more useful) . Can't rate it because i don't know how this deck works. Hope this helps !

Me and my ex-wife divorced in September of 2008. A part of the divorce agreement was that I had to pay her $100 a month to pay of my half of our credit card debt. She says she is tired of waiting and is going to have her lawyer file a contempt of court on me and have a warrant issued for my arrest. Can i get a car loan with a 590 credit score?

I Know, I know... its awful... I was a dumbs$$ for a lot of years. But I am doing amazingly better now. I have paid off my credit cards all but completely, I owe $300 on one and that is it. Paid off my car. And have been making regular and on time payments for a good few months. Does it bother you that all people who take narcotic pain meds seem to be vilified?

I use narcotic pain meds to treat the pain from herniated discs in my neck from an auto accident (not my fault) 5 yrs ago. I have numbness in my arm and have a horrible time sleeping unless I take a muscle relaxer, because of the extreme stiffness I get in the muscles between my shoulder blades. The stiffness causes horrible headaches that can be incapacitating. I don't like to take them and although prescribed more, only try to take them when I can't function with the level of pain anymore. The problem is that with the authorities jumping on the anti-pain med bandwagon, finding a "real" doctor who will prescribe them is very difficult. If a tylenol or advil helped I certainly wouldn't waste the money going to a doctor, or put myself through the pain of getting numbing injections directly into the back of my neck. I last went to a board certified anesthesiologist last year when I had medical coverage. I signed an agreement not to go and doctor shop for more pain meds, and I have followed this. People look at you and think you are a druggie if they find out you take narcotics. A lot of doctors won't prescribe at all due to liability. I personally think it is BS. My pain is real, but because of some bad apples, I have to jump through hoops to get the meds. Same thing with cold medicine from the pharmacist. I'm out of luck if I want to use bath salts in my bath water. There are those people out there that will find a negative use for just about anything out there. There was a professor who changed a reciprocating saw into a sex toy. Maybe now we need to ban those tools, or require ID's every time a carpenter needs to buy it. Maybe we should license it. An urn of ashes was stolen in a robbery because the idiots thought it was coke. Maybe cremation should be banned too. I think that pain is not understood by those that don't live with it every day. I think attention needs to be brought to this. People who require narcotics to feel normal because of a medical condition are being discriminated against. Sooner or later, no doctor will prescribe the meds. What do you think? Are you tired of the gov't pushing real doctors to not write the Rx's because of the local junkie?? There will always be an unscrupulous doctor out there that will write a script for 5000 pills a month. Go after those doctors and the pill mills. I think my husband is cheating on me with his boss?

I’ve been married for 2 years and I’ve been together with my husband a total of 5 years. We are both 24 years old. We had our ups and downs lately but I think his into something. 2 years ago he was flirting with one of his co workers until I caught him and he stopped. It’s been working out pretty good but, on Friday, 3 days ago he tells me he has a BBQ with all his co workers on Sunday. That he is only going for 4 hours the most. I said OK. Last night he leaves at 12 noon and he left with a bag pack and seemed like in a rush to leave. I called him around 3, 4, 5pm and he does not pick up the phone as well as my texts. I call again at 8,9pm and he sends me a text saying he was eating at his sister’s restaurant; he seemed very calm, like nothing happened! When I was trying to get a hold from him in 10 hours!! He tells me he went to have dinner with her boss and his other co workers and then since I was pissed he hangs up on me. He gets home smelling like beer. Went to take a quick shower and we I checked his phone he had ignored all calls but his boss’s. Cmon, a day at the beach when it was cloudy and raining, also he said he was there until 7pm, who leaves the beach that late and when it’s raining! What did he do from 7 to 10 until he went to eat? And he said the bbq was at a certain place and then when I asked again he said another place. Very contradicting. When I confronted him he was laughing all the time that tells me his lying. And honestly when your husband is missing for 10 hours, doesn’t return his calls because (he left his phone in the car) please!! Doesn’t that tell you something? He also added her on Facebook like a week ago; he started opening all my family checking accounts I think just to show off. Also, when he gets ready to go work he asks me, does this tie look good on me? He puts a lot of cologne. I mean to go to work? What the hell?? I don’t know what it is. But apparently he must have done something; he didn’t dial any co worker’s phone numbers during those 10 hours. Only hers!! He even cursed me out really bad and pushed me. He says (I’m going to move out, don’t worry). So I guess he doesn’t care much about me that he can let things go that easily. Later he came to apologize but I ended up sleeping in a sofa. I don’t want this to be fixed and then go back to the same; I don’t think it’s healthy. I am very unhappy. But I think he’s on to something. I need help…any advice, ideas?

I have been separated now for over five years. I now want to apply for a divorce?

I have told my family that the priorities in my life are my education and career, and that I do not want to have children. I am also not looking to get married until after my twenties. It is a very good start. It is nice to hear a happy one for a change.The only thing I would say is you do not need to describe every little detail, it just confuses the reader. I liked the fact that you did not know all about the two characters but you have given away just the right annount of information. However try not too say so much about the eyes of the character. If you see somebody in real life, the eyes are not the most notable part of them. All in all very good, especially for your age!

Behind my house is a big field. every winter after a few rainstorms the field seems to attract lots of puddles,mud,and frogs. the frogs are quiet for the most part.however when one starts croaking,they all do,which serves to attract more frogs.and then all seem to shut up at once. one night 30 frogs were present and they all started croaking at 11:p.m. they all crock for a number of seconds equal to the number of frogs present. after that amount of time, 1 frog drops out at the beginning of every subsequent second. they all stop abruptly after the second in which they realize that only half of them are croaking. two more frogs arrive every 20 minutes, and this starts the whole process over again with massive croaking. (every 20 minutes means that new frogs arrive at 11:20,11:40,12:00 and so on.)how many seconds of croaking took place from when i went to bed at 11:p.m.( and they started croaking.) until i got up at 6:50 a.m.?

My sons father is taking me to court for SOLE CUSTODY!!?

I am 22 years old (full time mother) to a 2 and half year old beautiful boy. I am on welfare and have a nice apartment (not housing) and I also get support from my mother she has been buying me groceries for 2 and half years since my sons father refuses to pay child support. My sons father is 23 years old and has A lot of money, he has a lawyer and I don't and HE FILED COURT ON ME! We both have shared custody since we are both on the birth certificate. I am a stay at home mom, I have been taking care of my child and so has he but he started paying me $198 a month for about 5 months because my social worker demanded it. in October my sons father put my son in daycare Without My Consent!!! and stopped paying me child support all of a sudden!! I went to my social worker and they gave me a paper to show me how much he owes me in child support including the times hes missed and including INTEREST! My sons father makes me have him on the weekends now but I personally think he is doing this because his girlfirend (That he has cheated on me with when I was 7 and half months pregnant) Keeps telling him to take me to court and get SOLE custody and the court papers say he wants me to have supervised visits as if I'm some crack head or something (I DO NOT DO DRUGS) I am a good mother and take care of my son better then my sons father (his sisters and his girlfirned take care of my son and pick him up from day care since my sons father works 9-5 Job) when my son is with me he gets my FULL attention I am a young single beautiful mother and live on my own and make sure there is breakfast lunch and dinner on the table for my son at all times, I bath him at all times he is with me and take him with me everywhere i go when he is with me. He says my hallway stinks of marijuana (witch is true) but only because my neighbors are pot heads and they are getting evicted they are moving next month my landlord found out they are selling drugs in the building so she evicted them! CLEARY my sons father is doing everything he can to lie on me just to win, wont it show he is trying to take my child from me because he clearly does not want to pay child support and he says he is takin me to court because I have no MONEY!!! Obviously not I only get enough to pay my rent and my mother provides the groceries since he refusees to pay child support but instead Pays the daycare teacher 800 DOLLARS a month! to do my job !! Change of policy of company sick pay scheme?

My company have for the last 30 years operated a company sick pay scheme whereas you would receive up to 20 days sick pay. Although at the end of the entire contract it is written '****** reserve the right to make make changes', they have not been specific to what changes, (does that give them right to change things willy nilly?) and after 30 years of sick pay would it not be implied that it has become custom and practise and therefore would form part of the contract? However, they have now introduced without agreement from their employees, that after the 3rd sickness, sick pay would not be paid (even though they are operating it as 2 times off, then lose pay). Are they able to do this legally or are they in breach of contract? Thank you

What does it mean to dream about a green frog, green snakes and a black and white snake?

I dreamt about a medium sized green frog on the hood of a taxi and I entered the car. When I got to my destination I could hear the frog croaking so I told my friend who was with me.. She came out of the car to remove the frog but somehow the frog got inside the car and landed on the window croaking.. I was scared but somehow I knew that it wouldn't harm me, Moments later my friend took the frog and threw it out somewhere outside the car. I am being accused of theft in a foreclosed home I lived in and did not commit?

long story short I was a renter In a home and the Owner foreclosed (with out notification us of course!) and I had to move out as per agreement with the bank (California law allowed us legal 3 months to move) and here we are 3 1/2 months later and the old owner/landlord is accusing of us of theft because she was not allowed access into the house. This is what the bank advised. Apparently she had what she considers personal items left there, and its our fault they were not returned to her. She also claims a clean up crew let her in the property and everything from the property was stripped out. We in fact did not take anything out of that home that was not ours but her allegations are of theft? Can I be found guilty of theft I did not commit?

Fresh water fish aquarium?

Okay, here's my dilemma, I just spent $50 on fish and 3 out of 4 are dead within a 36 hour period. We set up the 10gal tank on Sunday and let the filter run and the heater and we conditioned the water. We waited 3 days before we put fish in it. We let them float for 30 mins before we put them in. We cleaned the rocks by letting them soak in water about 20 minutes, we dont overfeed them, the tank is not dirty. They didnt kill eachother. They looked fine. We are now down to one and he looks fine, but so did the others before they kicked the bucket so Im sure its just a matter of time before the last one croaks! Help please, where did we go wrong?

You need a very good quality bike to commute that far every day. At your height, you should be consulting a good bike shop. Tall people can have difficulty ordering bikes online and finding a good fit. For that distance it would be very important that your bike fit you properly. A touring bike makes a very good long distance commuter as it has the proper fitting to mount a rack and to install mudguards which are almost essential if you ride in wet conditions. You absolutely need gears if your route is hilly, and you also need to have the tools you might need to repair problems you might encounter on the road. Riding that many miles, your bike will need frequent maintenance, lubrication, and cleaning. I commuted about 2/3 the distance of your commute 5 days a week for 25 years. On average, I spent $200-$300 per year on replacing parts that wore out. Tires, tubes, brake pads, chains, cassettes are all wear items that have to be replaced. Figure 2 sets of tires, 2-3 chains, a cassette and a set of brake pads every year. In addition your bike would need a full overhaul a couple of times a year which could be costly if you can't do your own repairs. You won't save any time compared to the bus, even once you are in shape you will probably spend at least 4 hours per day on the road. I haven't paid rent increases in past but I wasn't asked to do so though it is in lease. What should I do?

I have been renting for 3 years and have always paid the rent. But I never got any notices of rent increases nor any communication whatsoever from the landlord (though the lease does state when and how much the rent increases should have taken effect during the past 3 years). Now my question is should I bring attention to the landlord of my past omissions or error in not paying the rent increases over the years and make amends or can I ignore it since he hadn't asked for the increases? And if I ignore the lease and he realizes this, does he have grounds to evict me? Is not taking the initiative myself and paying the rent increases a breach of the lease agreement?

How do I get over the fact I'm not married, it's eating me up after almost 11 years together?

I'm 35 today and it's hit me again like a thunderbolt, I think what triggered it was my birthday card..it looks line the rest, a generic card that doesn't say wife, not even partner or girlfriend!
