My sister is using me, what do I do?

Okay so my sister is disabled. She thinks she can make me do whatever she doesn't feel like doing herself. I got annoyed, so we made an agreement. Anything that she CAN'T do, I'll do. But if she CAN do it, but doesn't want to, she still does it. Am I being spoiled?
