Why can't you install adobe flash player on a macbook pro!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

My sis wants to get adobe flash player on her macbook pro but it loads then asks for agreement on the terms and conditions or whatever then it asks for a password. It comes up with her full name and a password what is the password!?!?!?!? Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Cheers
