How Do I Find Home For Cat With Bitting Problem?

I have a black cat that bites hard if he is touched on the foot or stomach. But he loves being petted on the head. I can't find a home for him. He is black. I've posted him on craigslist several times. Other cats I've posted have gotten homes but not him. He will not be able to live at a shelter since his bitting problem could have him put down. I'm not suppose to have him because of my rental agreement. What do I do?
