Writers: ha-ha, made you look! You want to read something for me?

This is just me but I don't think you have to describe the floppy hat man three times. Its just not necessary. The narrator seems a little boring and dull and since he's drunk describe as that. What does he look like? does he smell bad? You need more description but otherwise its good.
