Can we face repercussions from our employer for this?

The severance package will depend on what the agreement says (there may be some sort of peaceful leaving clause). They can argue against the unemployment, but given the size of the layoff, will probably lose. Worse, however, would be a lawsuit if you posted the video (you'd probably win a free speech argument, but it would cost you thousands). And last, a bad reference when you go for another job somewhere (yes, they can give you a bad reference as long as everything they say is the truth).
