Will I have to pay back all the money at once?

Word of advice: always read everything and understand it before signing a legal document. It's a little weird/scam-like if they didn't want to see any photo ID or anything. I would talk to a lawyer or finance consultant just to sort things out. I don't know the whole situation, but you could be in a very bad situation, especially if you owe a lot of money.
