What exactly does grandparent visitation consist of?
If my ex husbands parents were to file for visitation will they be able to choose when they see them and for how long? Can they file for visitation even if I have been letting them see the children? and, can I go through mediation with them to come to an agreement on visitation or will I have to fight them in court?
