So i loaned this long time friend of mines $445.00 and she still hasnt paid me back. its been over 4 months!?

She hasn't even made a small payment like $20.00 we didn't sign a contract it was a verbal agreement, but I bought everything for her off my credit card so I can get sone receipts. What should I do?
