How to convince my dad to go somewhere for father's day?

okay i REALLY want to go to water safari/enchanted forest (i live just up the road from it) and i rlly want him to go there with me, but i was thinking for fathers day too. and my step mom too, but i dont even think we have enough money for one person! and its 26 bucks each...what can i do to convince him to let me/us go by 10:00?
