EnV3 and Droid upgraded to IPhone 4?

Okay so my 2 year agreement is almost up for my EnV3. I want to upgrade but I'm not sure about prices. If the 2 years are up, how much will it cost to upgrade to an iPhone 4 from an EnV3 or 1st Gen Droid? Thanks
